Dear Coach:

Your team is officially invited to participate in the St. Matthew High School Basketball Fall Classic. The tournament will be held during the week of October 14th - 16th, 2011.  Our tournament features 7 divisions.

• Senior - Premiere, Senior Tier 1, Senior Tier 2
• Junior - Premiere, Tier 1 and Tier 2
• Midget & 7/8

We will accept a total of 84 teams. Every team will be guaranteed to play 3 games. Some teams may play up to 5 games if they reach their divisional finals. Prizes along with tournament awards will be given to the participating teams. Tournament souvenirs such as t-shirts, shorts, team pictures, etc. will be available to be purchased.

Interested teams should fill the enclosed application and send it via fax or mail to the address enclosed. Applications will be accepted based on competitiveness and on a first come first served basis. All payments should be made to St Matthew High School. The tournament fee is $355.00.

The success of our tournaments relies heavily on the combination of great volunteers and the partnerships established with our sponsors. Hudson Travel Group is the exclusive travel partner for our annual Fall Classic Basketball tournament. Effectively immediately, one of the criteria of acceptance into our tournaments will be that your hotel accommodations have been secured through Hudson Travel Group. They have blocks put aside at all the participating host hotels so be sure to contact them early and secure your spot. We thank you in advance for your support.
